As a Social Media Manger tasked with reaching quarterly KPIs, and a desire to engage and entertain our audience, Free Money Friday was born.
Free Money Friday (FMF) was a weekly sweepstakes with a goal of incentivize people to engage with Cleo. Each week, Cleo gives away a prize to one lucky winner who participates in the action that is being promoted that week. The action might be to finish a chat flow on the app, take a survey, review the app, or tag a friend in the comments on Cleo's socials.
